The rotor has a rotor casing (1) manufactured by injection molding a synthetic material with a peripheral wall (11) and a central shaft (12), a metal ring (2) formed by bending a metal plate with two ends joined together. The metal ring has elasticity to exert an outward radial force and is in close contact with the inner periphery of the outer wall of the casing, and a magnetic ring (3) on the inner periphery of the metal ring.
