The dynamic training device has two movable actuating elements (3,7,8) for the arms or legs of a person. Devices (9,10) determine the measured values related to the arms or legs of the trainee and for deciding which load is acting on the respective actuating element. On the basis of these measured values the electronic unit (13) takes over control of the movement of the actuating elements.
