The air feed device has an aperture (3) for warm air, an aperture (2) for cold air and a mixture valve (4) for variable control of the warm and cold air. A thermostat (5) controls the mixture valve dependent upon the temperature of the mixed air. A closable, additional aperture for ventilation (7) influences the thermostat. To close the additional ventilating aperture a closure device (8) is available, which at a first lower temperature releases the aperture and at a second upper temperature closes it. The closure device is made of memory-metal.
