The closure comprises a sleeve (1) of elastic material which fits into it. The sleeve has a through hole in which a plug (4) is rotatably arranged for control of the ventilating or venting dependent upon the rotary position of the plug. At least one groove is provided in the cover surface of the hole or the plug and runs parallel to the rotary axis of the plug. At least one rib is arranged opposite to the groove in the cover surface of the hole or the plug, which fills out the groove dependent upon the rotary position of thee plug or frees the groove to act as ventilating and venting channel. On the outside of the sleeve a stop is provided for limiting the rotation of the plug and defining a closure position together with a ventilating or venting position of the plug.
