The system has two rows of guide barriers (2,3), each with several guide barriers (5) with connecting elements and rollers movable vertically by pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems. Each row has a fixed point (8) at one end about which it can be pivoted horizontally by at least one drive and is connected to an arrangement at the other end (10). The pressure generating equipment, the drives and the threshold controls are mounted in the barriers.
