A stator has connectors for electrical energy and sensors as necessary. A rotor supports an electrical and mechanical part (11) to be tested or is formed by the part to be tested. A transfer device transfers electrical power from the stator to the rotor without any contact. One or more actuators on the rotor carry the transferred electrical power (50) and create conditions of use for the part to be tested.
