When the program is run, the test part releases the processing of the utilisation part until the utilisation limit is reached, and then blocks the processing. Before or when the limit is reached, the test part requests a new utilisation code to replace the previous code, and determines from the new code a new utilisation limit to replace the previous limit. The new utilisation code may be entered via a keyboard, or via an interface to the internet.
