The mounting device has a fixing frame (1) for the electrical device, provided with a number of seatings (11) for reception of respective bolts (21) attached to the rear of the electrical device front panel (2), with spring elements (3) acting between the fixing frame and the front panel for exerting a spring force in the bolt insertion direction (R).
