The rod (4) support positions on the bodywork can be modified by means of a contracting sleeve (1) between two spaced sleeve heads (1a,1b). When loaded with fluid, the sleeve necessarily contracts axially at the same time as expanding radially so as to slightly lift the heads in relation to one another. The alternations of the sleeve can also change track and camber values and for these a linear element (5) is interposed between head (1b) and sleeve (1). The head (1a) resting on the bodywork or the head (1b) resting on the rod (4) is held centered by a spring.
