The padding has a ventilation layer and sleeves (18) containing miniature ventilators (17) to blow air into the layer. The sleeves are fitted into ventilation channels (21) and have an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the channels, and are elastic in axial and radial direction. Each sleeve has a central section formed as a bellows part, and a ring flange (19) at one end.
