A novel preparation (I) comprises an active agent combination of a systemic antimycotic agent (SAA) and a topical antimycotic agent (TAA), together with a physiologically acceptable lacquer base (B). An Independent claim is included for the production of (I), by mixing the base (B) with the active agents TAA) and SAA in dissolved form and further processing as necessary.
