A coil body (6) is fastened on a flange (2) in rotation-proof fashion and an electronically commutated motor is designed as a dry runner. It is fastened to the IC engine housing (1) itself or to a sealing flange located on the IC engine housing. The outside rotor (8) of the electronically commutated motor is connected with an impeller shaft (5) in rotation-proof fashion located in the flange. In a bearing hole (3) of the flange, a sliding bearing sleeve (4) is located with hole-free seats (11) located at the hole ends. Its inner diameter has a shaft-free seat (10) between the hole-free seats.
