During production prefabricated parts (7) and the in-situ concrete parts are recessed (5) parallel to the joins which are there covered over with a sealing strip (2) spanning the two recessed areas. At least in the join area, the strip (2) is covered at the rear with a coating mass (3) to join waterproofly mortar or concrete once brought into contact and held thus until the concrete sets. After placing the sealing strip (2) the join should be closed off by a filler (4) which connects waterproofly to the solidified concrete and coating (3).
