The method involves providing subsequent concrete components e.g. pre-cast concrete part. A coating is integrated into the concrete in such a manner that a layer (6) from the sealing, adhesive material is sealed at an outer side of the concrete components by the peelable sealing layer. The layer from the sealing, adhesive material is connected with a sealing material (7) that overlaps a connection region. An independent claim is also included for a molding material for use with method of manufacturing an external sealing at connection region.
