The manufacturing method has a cylindrical rod provided with a radial slit for each flange arm, which extends along the length of the rod from one axial end, to provide rod segments corresponding to the flange arms, which are bent radially outwards, before separating the end section from the remainder of the rod. The rod sections are shaped into the flange arms (9), with each flange arm positioned in a plane perpendicular to the rod longitudinal axis.
