The method involves using a mobile platform with a controllable arm which a sensor and an interchangeable coupling with which at least one device (E) for eliminating or neutralizing the explosive body can be connected to the arm. The platform has a magazine for storing several devices such as hollow charges (1) charges forming projectiles. The devices are deployed using a 3D optical sensor whilst preserving a safe distance, accurately aligned and fired. An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for combating explosive bodies, especially mines.
