Waste containing polyurethane foam is shredded to a particle size between 6.35 and 25.4 mm and then molded under high temperature and pressure into components using insignificant amounts or no additional binder. The material can contain rigid foam, resin impregnated glass fibers, dolomite filler. Independent claims are also included for components made by this process and for a process where the molding temperature exceeds the glass transition temperature of the foam
