The cover frame is assembled from modular elements, provided by a base (1) for supporting a design plate (2) and a fixing ring (6) provided with integral pins (7), which through openings in the base. The ends of the pins are widened out for permanently securing the elements of the cover frame together. The base also has a surface for reception of the central part (3) of the installation device.
