The valve has a housing with an inlet and two outlets and a valve body for feeding the hot water entering via the inlet to a first or second outlet. The hot water from a boiler is fed to the inlet and the first and second outlets feed hot water to the heating and consumable water circuits via a heat exchanger. An integral bypass valve opens if a certain pressure difference is exceeded while the heating circuit is being supplied with hot water. The valve (31) has a housing with an inlet (33) and two outlets (34,35) and a valve body (36) for feeding the hot water entering via the inlet to a first or second outlet. The valve body contains an integral bypass valve (41). The hot water from a boiler is fed to the inlet and the first and second outlets feed hot water to the heating (15) and consumable water (16) circuits respectively via a heat exchanger. The bypass valve opens if a predetermined pressure difference is exceeded while the heating circuit is being supplied with hot water.
