The expanded function of the power switch is obtained by using a simplified design giving use of an input as well as an output via an interface (2) and allowing diagnosis of all conditions and states of the electronic circuit, via a second interface (6) with connection to a diagnosis unit (not shown). A second voltage divider (7) is connected before the second interface (6) for dividing the voltage at the second interface.
