Suction cleaning tool with pear-shaped turbine chamber for operating suction air stream causes air stream to enter brush chamber via suction slit and inflow aperture to flow out through aperture in suction connection
A casing has brush and turbine chambers. The brush chamber has a brush roller fitted crosswise to the operating direction of a suction cleaning tool. The brush roller's bristles protrude through a suction slit in the base of the brush chamber. The turbine chamber (6) has an air turbine for turning the brush roller's driving mechanism driven by a suction airflow in a suction cleaning appliance. The surface shell of the air turbine lies at an equal distance from a turbine chamber base (28) and a turbine chamber roof (29). The narrow layout of this base and roof forces an incoming suction airflow into the center of the air turbine. To achieve this, a flow path is formed between adjacent turbine blades in a blade ring. This path flows into the center.
