Connection terminals (3,4) have cap sections (3a,4a,3b,4b) which hold a piezoelectric plate (5) at end sections (5c,5d).The cap sections are separated by a distance (G) which is larger than the width of the connection electrode (8) so that even if solder flows along inside of the cap sections it does not adhere to the connection electrode. The first and second end electrodes are connected to the connection electrodes on the first and second head surfaces (5a) of the piezoelectric plate, and arranged near the end sections of the piezoelectric plate. The connection electrodes are electrically connected to every oscillation electrode (6) on the first and second head surfaces of the piezoelectric plate. The oscillation electrodes are formed on the first and second head surfaces of the piezoelectric plate.
