A guide pin (100) formed with insertion rod (104) of diameter larger than that of sliding portion of valve is inserted into valve slide hole (131) of revolving superstructure (13) fixed inside a valve main case (9). A valve seat (11) is fixed at one end of valve main case aligning with guide pin. The slide portion of valve is then inserted into valve slide hole after removing the guide pin. The revolving superstructure is made to rotate and supply fuel to the fuel injection path (10) of valve seat aligning to central axis (101) of fuel injection path with the valve. The valve main case is formed with cylindrical shape. The central axis of fuel injection is aligned with the end of guide pin while fixing the valve seat to the valve main case.
