The operation memory (9) stores the program word generated corresponding to primary word order which is generated from word orders (4) based on the input program code (1). Based on the complex word pointer (6) included in complex word sequence (18) being generated by combination of word order, complex words are recognized. The secondary word order is generated based on stored program word and complex words. An Independent claim is also included for the word order generating arrangement for activating functional units of processor.
