The scanning and control system has a hollow main housing (1) housing a control unit (4). A cover plate (2) fits on front side of the main housing. The main housing has a chamber (11) with several cells (12), an inner block (13) with two slits (14), a first upper notch (16), a round hole (191) an opening (192), several positioning holes (15), two lower openings (18) and two top locking catches (17). The cover plate (2) has a second top notch (22), side locking catches (21), a round opening (23) for the horn (43), four elongated holes (241-244) and a passage opening (25). The control unit (4) has a PCB (41) arranged in the housing (1) and a control board (42). An impact sensitive adjusting head (431) of the horn is provided on the PCB. A frequency adjusting button (432) combats insects. Copper plates are provided on PCB and are inserted in the slits (14).
