A vapor guiding plate (16) is arranged in the opening, and has a gap exhaust unit (18) for suction of vapor. The surface is formed as a flat surface, which is inclinedly arranged in a usage position and comprises the control element, the shield, the exhaust unit and the guiding plate. The control element is made of glass or transparent plastic.
