P The device for reducing the tare-earth of agricultural products, in particular beets, equips a machine which comprises a mobile support, moving in a determined direction and on which the products and the earth are fed. It comprises at least one rotary projection element (1), the axis of rotation (DD ') of which is perpendicular to the support and driven at a speed of at least 300 rpm. This projection element (1) is arranged above the support so as to be on the path of the products and the earth when the latter move on said support; preferably it comprises at least one rigid bar (3) mounted at a distance from the axis of rotation (DD ').
