The drive has a sealed cylindrical casing (6) with two symmetrical chambers (14) separated by a centrifugal rotor (1) and sliding from one edge to the other of the rotor. The rotor has vanes to pump fluid between the chambers and cause a pressure difference. The pressure differential exerted over the equivalent surface of the area of the rotor blades causes a force on the high pressure chamber.
