The burner (4) has flammable gas injectors (63) each one having a mouth (64), the mouths divided into groups (64a,64b,64c) controlled separately by electrovalves respectively (76a,76b,76c). Each of the group having different force of gas flow. The groups are activated together, or singly or in selected groups. A ionization flame detector (78) is located on a stem (79) for two different groups (64b,64c) to detect the different level of gas flow. Independent claims are also included for (a) a gas burner, and for (b) a gas boiler.
