Gravity powered motion energy generator has float tube rising in tank and falling under gravity in air, mounted around pulleys

The gravity powered energy generator (10) has a tank (11) containing a liquid such as water. A sealed float is positioned in the tank to rise from the bottom of the tank and is removed from the tank to fall under gravity through air. The float can be a tube (12) supported on two pulleys (13,15), one of which is connected to a generator. The tank has an opening (17) with a sealed joint (18) to passage of the tube.
