The implant, made in one piece e.g. from titanium alloy or a resorbable material, consists of an anterior portion (1) with an anchoring head (3) designed to be inserted and locked axially in the medullary canal of a bone section, and a posterior portion (2) with its body (20) shaped to slide into medullary canal of the bone's other section and be held by sufficient friction to retain the implant in place. The body of the posterior portion has elastic locking surfaces (21) formed by lengthwise grooves (22), to provide the necessary friction forces, especially antirotational.
