The assembly has a hull installed in an acetabular cavity of pelvis of a patient, and three studs installed in a bone of the pelvis through holes in a wall of the hull. The first stud includes a bone anchoring part (26) having round shape at its longitudinal end opposite to that of a male conical part (25). The second stud is inserted into the bone by screwing. The third stud (22) includes a bone anchoring part equipped with a deployable portion (31) and an axial conduit (32) for insertion of a deployment rod (33) to realize deployment of the deployable portion.
