The moisture is removed by a moisture adsorption wheel (6) placed half inside the cold zone and traversed by air which is circulated by a fan (2). On contact with the wheel, moisture in the air condenses onto the wheel, and the dried air is recirculated in the cold zone. The wheel is also half in a warm zone (9), and is regenerated by a heat exchanger in the warm zone.
