Splint has two sections, knee splint (1) and leg splint (2). Splint has fixation points for locking straps at knee level (3, 4), ankle level (5, 6), and winged element (7) near heel. Winged element rests on floor and prevents rotation of leg. Locking straps contain Velcro(RTM) attachments. Lower section (A) of knee splint is inserted in upper section (B) of foot splint following arrow (F). Velcro(RTM) attachments (11, 12) secure two splints together.
