Removable and disposable oil cartridge device (CT) linked to an internal combustion engine regulating interface (RG) for manually filling or emptying and automatically regulating the engine lubricating oil, wherein the interface comprises a system of controlled valves receiving a conduit (TLM) connected to the suction of the engine oil pump, a conduit (TLC) connected to the low point of the engine crankcase and three separate channels connected to the level (EXT), via a tight seal of the removable oil cartridge once it has been mounted, to their respective compartment among the three separate variable and interactive closed oil volumes (A), (B), (C) of the cartridge, so that, when the cartridge sliding piston is manually pulled or pressed or when the engine and its oil pump (P) are started, and in accordance with the indications of a continuous sensor system concerning the oil level in the engine crankcase (CRT), of the running conditions of the engine and the interlocking of the cartridge, the controlled valve system provides a configuration of specific circuits (variable circuits) for each of the requirements for the proper running of the engine (lack of oil, stable running conditions, oil overflow) and the proper filling or emptying when the cartridge is manually changed.
