A colored light-stable bituminous composition based on an aliphatic plasticizer, a cycloaliphatic structuring agent a pigment and two different polymers. A colored light-stable bituminous composition (C), which does not contain asphalt and comprises: (1) at least one plasticizer based on a aliphatic hydrocarbon with at least 20 C atoms, at least one structuring agent based on a polymeric cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon and optionally a first polymer, which is compatible with the preceding materials and in an amount such that the Bille-Anneau temperature (softening point) = 30-100 deg C; (2) a pigment; and (3) a second polymer selected from polyolefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene and olefin copolymers, natural and synthetic rubbers such as ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM), ethylene-propylene monomer (EPM), polyisobutylene, polynorbornene, , polychloroprene and ethyl vinyl acetate copolymers. An INDEPENDENT claim is included for use of the composition (C) to provide layers or membranes with a softening point greater than 190 deg C.
