The two parts are linked by the central section (20), formed as, at least, a vertical linking band, to allow the cleaning blade to pivot around a longitudinal axis (A). The linking band is formed as two bands (28, 30), roughly vertical and parallel, and situated close to the side edges of the upper face (32) of the cleaning blade. The cross section of the scraping blade (10), is formed with an upper part (12), formed as a heel (22), and designed to link with the support structure, and the lower section (14), which forms the, generally triangular, cleaning blade (16).
