The cardboard tray with central handle is produced from a blank with a central section (5) made up of two parts (3, 4) which are mirror-images of each other and are joined by a central crease (2). Similarly shaped sections attached to their bases form the floor of the tray and have flaps (10, 15 -19, 18', 20 -22, 27 -29, 28') which form the walls. The central section is folded upwards so that it is at right angles to the floor and forms the handle.
