A water pump (30) is incorporated in the air conditioning plant, as is a motor-driven blower (25). The plant has a housing body (20), in which is a chamber (201) with a front-side wall plate (202). An opening (203) in the wall plate connects with the chamber. A blower (25) in the chamber blows an air current over an air cooling coil (204). A motor (21) with an output shaft (211) drives the blower. A drip trough (22) collects condensate drips from the air cooling coil. A water pump (30) is provided which has a running wheel and its body has right and left side walls spaced apart to form an accommodation chamber. In the side walls are bearings and each side wall has a threaded aperture connecting to the accommodation chamber. The water pump is driven by the blower motor.
