Composition (A) contains at least one N-acylated aminoacid or oligopeptide derivative (I) and at least one panthenol or dimethicone copolyol panthenyl phosphate compound (II). Composition (A) contains at least one N-acylated aminoacid or oligopeptide derivative of formula (I) and at least one panthenol compound of formula (II). R1 = chain of an 8-30C linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated fatty acid; R2 = aminoacid side-chain; Z1 = H or -P(=O)(OM)(OR3); M = H or salt residue, and R3 = alkoxylated polysiloxane residue. An Independent claim is included for cosmetic, skin cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical compositions containing (A) at 0.1-10 (preferably 1-3) wt.%.
