The device has the primary function of neutralizing the hertzien waves in a zone, by regulating the amplitude, this zone being the space in the vehicle reserved for the driver. The neutralizing unit (4) has an effective zone (3) which is adjustable and has hands-free (2) devices associated with the vehicle. The device may be triggered when the vehicle is in movement, e.g. by means of using the tachometer on the dashboard as a register.
