PURPOSE: To lower the probability of wrong input by determining a pole, connected with the distribution line at a construction site, as the center of work region and registering the name of work using a distribution line diagram around the center. ;CONSTITUTION: At first, a 'name of work' is registered and a 'key word for the name of work' is inputted simultaneously to a 'name of work data 22'. With reference of a 'name of work data 21' corresponding to the key word, a system computer takes out a line J at a work site. A 'line/pole data 23' is then referred using the line J as a key for retrieval, and a pole (n) (or p) to be connected with the line J is taken out. The pole (n) is determined as a 'pole in the center of display' and registered in the 'name of work data 22'. Subsequently, a distribution line diagram is displayed around the 'pole in the center of display', a power interrupting section is inputted, operational procedures of specified switches are inputted, or the work is ascertained entirely.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
