PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a system in a short time by connecting one or plural mobile communication terminals and a private branch public base station connected through radio through a public network and a radio channel by using a connection device. ;SOLUTION: When a call to an extension line number allocated to the connection device 11 is originated from a fixed telephone 3 to a PBX 2, the PBX 2 connects the call to the connection device 11. The connection device 11 originates the call through the private branch public base station CS 7' in order to connect the PHS terminal PS 8' of the pertinent extension line number, sets a channel and connects the fixed telephone 3 and the PS 8' in 1:1 relation and communication is performed. In the case of the communication of the PSes 8' with each other, a calling request from the PS 8' on a calling side is inputted through the private branch public base station CS 7' to the connection device 11 first, the connection device 11 connects the PBX 2 through an internal channel 14, originates the call through the private branch public base station CS 7' in order to connect the pertinent PS 8' and sets the channel and the communication is started.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
