PURPOSE: To provide a folding seat used for a vehicle or the like being provided with a small number of part items, with a seat back inclined in the service state of the seat and placed almost vertically to a floor in the enclosed state so as to be enclosed in a small space. ;CONSTITUTION: A seat face hinge pin 10, and a seat back hinge pin 12 disposed parallel with the seat face hinge pin 10 and obliquely upward and backward from the seat face hinge pin 10 are respectively provided with a seat face frame 13 and a seat back frame 14 rotatably. Both frames 13, 14 are rotatably engaged with the seat face hinge pin 10, and connected by a connecting plate 16 with a first groove 17 formed at the intermediate part so that a first pin 19 erected at the seat face frame 13 is slidably engaged with this first groove 17 and with a second pin 20 provided at the tip part so as to be slidably engaged with the second guide groove 18 of the seat back frame 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
