PURPOSE:To improve the attaching workability of a sealing member by leading an elastic body sheet to a position for sealing an opening and removing the elastic body sheet from an inserted member. CONSTITUTION:An inserted plate 29 passes through a slit to be completely pulled out and further, the jug part 26b1 of a flexible sheet is protruded from the slit. The elastic body sheet 26a of the sealing member is inserted between an opening regulating member 15 and a developing frame 12 and simultaneously the opening 15a of the opening regulating member 15 is blocked. When the elastic body sheet 26a has completely covered the opening 15a, the elastic body sheet 26a is completely and closely stuck to the edge part of the opening 15a because the sheet 26a is compressed between the opening regulating member 15 and the developing frame 12b. Then, only a slippery sheet 28 is pulled out from the slit in such a manner that a tape with which the sheet 28 is fixed on the inserted plate 29 and the position of the sealing member is adjusted. After that, the tape with which the flexible sheet 26b is fixed on the inserted plate 29 is removed to complete resealing.
