A characteristics re-setting means 21 re-sets visible/invisible information of polygon information in a polygon DB 17 based on a classification result. Besides, a polygon dividing and characteristics setting means 23 divides the polygon crossed with the wipe boundary and stores division polygon information of each new polygon in a division polygon DB 27.
