PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inner/outer trim material for decorating a building having resin foam as a base material enhanced in surface smoothness and glossiness along with weatherability.;SOLUTION: In manufacturing the inner/outer finishing material 1 for decorating the building having foamed polystyrene as the base material, a protective film forming resin paint, wherein the content of aromatic organic solvent in all of components is 5-25 wt.%, is applied to the base material to form a protective layer and a weatherable coating film due to a fluoroplastic resin paint containing an organic solvent is formed on the protective layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
