(57) Abstract The high accuracy temperature sensor forms the clock frequency which estimate possibly changes over the fluctuation whose ambient temperature is wide. This invention, has the vibrating generator, the electric current generator, the standard oscillator, and the frequency counter where two becomes independent. Connecting the output of the electric current generator where two becomes independent, it offers almost linear is in direct proportion in temperature variation condenser charging current. It is used in order to drive the vibrating generator which outputs the clock frequency where condenser charging current has decision possible inclination and the fragment, almost depends on the alignment in temperature. The frequency counter output of the vibrating generator, by comparison with the standard oscillator which becomes independent, calculates the digital value of temperature. The high accuracy temperature sensor is actualized with respect to the single monolithic integrated circuit.
