PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system, a program, and a recording medium for storing the program capable of easily comparing plural position information by taking into consideration elapsed time and an error up to the present from the position information acquired time. SOLUTION: Plural kinds of position information different in accuracy and the measuring time are acquired on a certain one moving body, accuracy at the optional time of the plural kinds of respective position information different in the accuracy and the measuring time is estimated, the estimated accuracy of the plural kinds of respective position information different in the accuracy and the measuring time at the optional time is compared, and the highest accuracy position information is selected. The estimated accuracy of the optional time is displayed on a map with the position information of the moving body and the accuracy as an error range, and a position is estimated by an overlap part of plural error ranges.
