PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut and crush dust intruding into a pump and to prevent the choking of the pump by arranging an edge at an outlet side of a blade of a impeller of a jet generation pump close to an edge at an inlet side of a guide blade mounted on a rear part of the impeller, and forming the cutting edge parts on both edge parts close to each other. ;SOLUTION: In a water jet propulsion ship, the water sucked from a water sucking port 2 mounted on a bottom face of a ship body is accelerated by a jet generation pump 3 to be jetted from a nozzle 4 of a sterm, and a ship body is propelled by the reaction force thereof. On this occasion, large dust floating on a water surface is removed by a screen 6 in the sailing, but small dust passing through the screen 6 sucked by the jet generation pump 3 is cut by the shearing of a blade 3e and a guide blade 3d at an outlet of the rotating blades 3, and is discharged with the jet water current without choking a live between the blades 3e, and a line of the guide blade 3d.
