On this occasion, large dust floating on a water surface is removed by a screen 6 in the sailing, but small dust passing through the screen 6 sucked by the jet generation pump 3 is cut by the shearing of a blade 3e and a guide blade 3d at an outlet of the rotating blades 3, and is discharged with the jet water current without choking a live between the blades 3e, and a line of the guide blade 3d.
